Weight loss doesn’t start in the kitchen or the gym. It begins in the mind. And your body is a direct reflection of what’s going on inside your head and heart. Yet most women who want to lose weight severely restrict their diet and punish their bodies with exercise they don’t enjoy. You’re here and that means you’re ready to do it a different way.

Day 1 - Reflect It
The first step is connecting the dots between your thoughts and your actions so you can fully understand why you are what you think.

Day 2 - Observe It
When completing today’s exercise, look and listen with the eyes and ears of compassion, not judgment. Doing it any other way will set you back into a spiral of negativity.
Using love and compassion as you observe your body is the key to permanent change. You cannot hate yourself thinner. Many women have tried and it simply doesn’t work.
I’ll even show you how to use the Four A’s to feel better every single day!


Day 3 - Feel It
Feel It is the most important training of the entire party because it helps you identify who you would be if you no longer struggled with your weight.
If you’ve carried extra weight for awhile, this may feel unbelievable but you’ll gain clarity with the Day Three Action Guide.
Today you'll learn how to connect more deeply with your dreams and goals so you can believe in them and in yourself.


Day 4 - Change It
Yesterday you described who you would be if you no longer struggled with your weight. Now that you can imagine that amazing woman, it’s time to start acting as if you’ve already stepped into her shoes.
That’s what you’ll be doing with today’s action guide.
Although I’m generally not a fan of the statement “fake it ’til you make it” that’s kind of what I’m asking you to do today. But instead of defrauding others by pretending you have skills you don’t, you’ll create an identity that propels you forward.


Day 5 - Protect It
It's our last day of the 5-Day Feel Good Look Good Party. Thank you for joining me on this journey so far…
Over the past four days, you reflected, observed, felt, and changed. So now it’s time to protect your goals by avoiding the top three mistakes that prevent you from shedding the weight that’s holding you back!
If you don’t protect your goals and dreams, they will end up in the cemetery with you at the end of your life. I don’t know about you, but I much prefer to crush them while I’m alive and feeling good.
